Physical Measurement Standards (PMT)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Regional Youth Welfare Officer

• Male Test Events: 200m Sprint, Long Jump, High Jump, and Shot Put. Candidates must secure a minimum of 45 aggregate marks across events to pass.
