Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN): Haryana Government has recently set up Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) with the mandate of deploying contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category services in Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Statutory Entities, State Universities, and Other Agencies owned and controlled by the State Government. The HKRN Portal hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in will function under the administrative control of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana.

हरियाणा सरकार ने हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम (HKRN Portal) की शुरुआत की है, जिसका मकसद हरियाणा मे कान्ट्रैक्ट/ DC रेट की सभी भर्तियों को पूरा करना है। अभी तक सभी विभाग अपने आप ही ये भर्तियाँ करते थे जिसमे भ्रस्टाचार होता था, अब HKRN पोर्टल के माध्यम से ये भर्तियाँ की जाएंगी।

• हरियाणा मे कच्चे कर्मचारियों (DC रेट) की भर्ती जो अभी तक ठेकेदार के माध्यम से होती थी वो अब हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के द्वारा की जाएगी। सरकार के इस कदम से नौकरियों मे ठेकेदारी प्रथा खत्म हो जाएगी व भ्रष्टाचार मे भी कमी आएगी।
• Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited is a web portal of the Haryana Government for the recruitment of Contractual, DC Rate Staff in the various govt departments.
