Post Details, Eligibility & Qualification

Age Limit:

The age limit for Recruitment 2022 is 21-30 Years. The crucial date for the calculation of the age is 01.01.2023. The age Relaxation will be given as per the Rules of the Government.

AIC Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ Management/ Statistics/ HR/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Others with 60% marks (55 % marks for SC/ST).
• Possess Computer efficiency and proficiency in the Regional Local language.

AIC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection shall be on the basis of the shortlisting of the candidates based on the AIC Management Trainee online examination and interview for which the total marks will be 200.

AIC Management Trainee Exam

The candidates have to appear for an Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) a total of 150 marks of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) duration. The online examination will be held on 25th February 2023. The dates of AIC Management Trainee Examinations are liable to be changed at the Company’s discretion. The details of the online test are as follows:-

Objective Test (Duration- 90 Minutes)

Descriptive Test (Duration- One Hour)

There will be negative marks for a wrong answer, and 1/4th of the allotted marks (in objective tests) will be deducted for each wrong answer. The Descriptive Test will be conducted only through online mode. The Minimum qualifying marks in the online examination are 60% for General, OBC & EWS and 55% for SC/ST.

AIC Management Trainee Interview

Candidates who have qualified in the Online examination will be ranked in the order of merit and will be called for an AIC Management Trainee interview to be conducted by the AIC of India Ltd Company. All the candidates having the same cut-off score as the last shortlisted candidate shall be called for an Interview. Maximum Interview marks are 50 (Fifty), Company reserves the right to fix the minimum marks to qualify for the AIC Management Trainee interview.

List of documents to be produced at the time of interview (as applicable)

• Printout of the valid interview call letter.
• Valid system-generated printout of the online application form registered for the Online examination.
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Passing Certificate with DOB)
• Photo identity Proof as indicated in the IDENTITY VERIFICATION section of the advertisement.
• Mark sheets & certificates for Std X, XII, Graduation, and Post Graduation, if any, or equivalent qualification(s), etc.
• Caste Certificate along with caste validity certificate/ EWS Certificate (wherever applicable).
• Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, the candidate will have to produce a certificate.

The center, address of the venue, time & date of the AIC Management Trainee interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the interview call letter. Please note that any request regarding a change in date, Centre, etc. of the interview will not be entertained.
